Return Within 14 Days

• Products must be undamaged, unscratched, and show no signs of use.
• Returns are free of charge if initiated within 14 days.
• Notify us within 14 days if your order is defective or damaged.
• If your product arrived damaged or with missing parts, contact our Customer Care Team, and we will send you a replacement right away

Packaging and Refund Process

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after verifying the product's condition.
• After receiving a replacement, returns and refunds are not eligible.

• Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched.
