Returns and Refunds

Return Within 14 Days

Products must be undamaged, unscratched, and show no signs of use.
Returns are free of charge if initiated within 14 days.
Notify us within 14 days if your order is defective or damaged.
If your product arrived damaged or with missing parts, contact our Customer Care Team, and we will send you a replacement right away

Packaging and Refund Process

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after verifying the product's condition.
After receiving a replacement, returns and refunds are not eligible.
